Lucy Huynh

A senior at North Surrey Secondary, Lucy is honoured to serve as the Director of Human Resources for Elevate 2026. At Elevate, Lucy is focused on building a conference culture where every participant feels confident to step outside their comfort zone, connect meaningfully with judges and peers, and walk away with at least one idea, insight, or inspiration that lasts. She is driven by a belief in leveling the playing field and making the Elevate experience enjoyable, welcoming, and unforgettable for everyone involved.
Outside of her work, Lucy enjoys hunting down overpriced desserts with friends, crafting painfully average Letterboxd reviews no one asked for, and geeking out over every Pompompurin-themed merch she probably doesn’t need. Despite interning for a financial advisor for over a year, she continues to lose the battle against impulse spending.
