Elevate 2026 will be held at the UBC Sauder School of Business.
Located in Vancouver, Canada’s gateway to the Pacific Rim, UBC Sauder provides a global business perspective at a dynamic crossroads of the international marketplace. Elevate is beyond ecstatic to host our inaugural conference at UBC Sauder.
Please note that due to renovations at UBC Sauder, Registration & Check-In and Opening Ceremony on May 23, 2026 will take place in room BIOL 1000 at the Biological Sciences Building.
Venue Overview
UBC Sauder is located at 2053 Main Mall, Vancouver, BC V6T 1Z1, Canada. Parking facilities are not available directly at UBC Sauder but are available on UBC campus. We encourage attendees to consider eco-friendly transportation alternatives.
The Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre is located at 6270 University Boulevard, Vancouver, BC V6T 1Z4, Canada. Students can be dropped off and picked up at the AMS Nest and walk towards the building.
Registration Hours
On Day 1 (Saturday, May 23, 2026), Registration and Check-In will take place in the BIOL 1000 Foyer in the UBC Biological Sciences Building from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. On Day 2 (Saturday, May 30, 2026), Check-In will take place in CPA Hall of UBC Sauder from 8:30 AM to 9:15 AM.

Dining Options
On Day 1, lunch and refreshments will be provided by Elevate in CPA Hall from 12:50 PM to 2:00 PM. There are many dining options within a 5-minute walk from the UBC Sauder building for attendees to explore on Day 2.
